Conceptualize, rebrand, and develop a website for Exploration in Diversifying Engineering  Faculty Initiative (E.D.E.F.I). requested by Dr. Ebony Omotola McGee at Vanderbilt University's
Peabody College. EDEFI is a mentoring, coaching, and research-based program. It offers support  for future scholars interested in higher education and research in STEM related fields. It  uses strategies of success to immerse the students in retention activities that provides  support to strategy-based initiatives. EDEFI empowers marginalized groups such as:  students, researchers, and faculty in the engineering realm.
